Arconorte, Instalações de Ventilação e Ar Condicionado, Lda., began its activity in 12th July 1991 by the hand of the actual member Eng. Adão Silveira, with the Know-How acquired over the years that he spent working at Bonneville Oliveira, Lda, and the experience and business knowledge of Eng. Manuel Madureira and Mr. Paulo Soares (partners at Ventilnorte, Lda), Eng. Adão Silveira believed that it was possible to create a company that could become a market reference.
In 1st May 1994 Eng. Manuel Madureira and Mr. Paulo Soares left the company. Now the actual partners are Eng. Adão Silveira and Mrs. Teresa Soares, both owning 50% of the company.
In 6th November 2008, the company bought its actual facilities with an approximate area of 320 m2 of warehouse and 80 m2 of offices.
Having began its activity with the conception and installation of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) the company has now as main business areas:
- Mechanical installations of HVAC
- Solar Energy
- Projects of mechanical installations of HVAC
- Centralized technical management
- Energy certification
- Industry energy audits
With a constant concern to keep up with the market demands, Arconorte, Lda has all the documentation, accreditation and trained staff necessary and mandatory to the exercise of its activity.
The company’s growth over the years was made with a solid financial structure and led to the distinction of the company by his quality with the statue of PME leader 2013, by the program Fincresce of IAPMEI.
